Accounts Payable Analyst
The Accounts Payable Analyst will provide finance and accounting data processing services related to the accounts payable postings, invoice processing, payments processing, travel and expenses processing & maintaining appropriate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process timely and accurate payment of invoices, check requests, credit memos and travel and expenses
- Check and process invoices received via workflow
- Booking of accounting documents (Invoices, Credit Notes, Payments, Travel and Expenses) in the Enterprise Resource Planning System according to the existing Standard Operating Procedures
Skills & relevant work experience:
- Good English level - B2

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Credit Analyst
The Order to Cash Credit Analyst is responsible for performing credit and collection activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of Sales orders on hold
- Review and authorize credit for new customers and payers; manage requests of credit reviews and perform periodic and formal credit reviews
- Ensure timely collections of debts and escalation to relevant parties involved (Collection Agencies, Sales, Legal etc.)
- Bad Debt Management and preparation of relevant documentation
Skills & relevant work experience:
- Good English level - B2
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Time management skills
- Financial knowledge

HR Admin Analyst
The HR Admin Analyst works on HR Data to create, amend and maintain HR master data and is responsible for providing HR support services to allocated stakeholders, by processing employee information and maintaining employee records in internal systems and tools, as per Hire to Retire scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers on Time in Full in the HR systems the end-to-end HR activities in the scope: from onboarding to exit
- Handles internal systems requests (ServiceNow, People Central, phone calls etc.), performing transactions accurately and in due time according to the agreed Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators
- Owns the integrity and accuracy of the HR Systems Data for the clusters / regions supported
- Monitors the data replication between HR systems (People Central, SAP, Talent Acquisition etc.) in order to solve any discrepancies

- Good English level - B2
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
