Requirements

• Experience in RAC, DB Performance, DB patching/DB upgrades and Backup/Recovery.
• T-SQL / SQL Server – Must have experience in creating databases from scratch, creating Stored Procedures, Functions and setting permissions.
• Previous experience with Liquibase scripting is a strong advantage
• Prior experience with development and source version control systems and processes i.e. Perforce / GitHub / Visual Studio etc.
• Strong communication skills including excellent written and spoken business language as you will be interacting with the customer also.

Requirements

• In-depth experience of data modelling, database design, and architecture – has designed and developed modern, scalable, maintainable, high-quality databases & data services for large-scale data analytics projects.
• Experience of modern / ‘Big Data’ technologies (e.g. Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Microsoft Data Platform)
• Experience and understanding of modern data architectures and patterns (e.g. Lambda architecture, Streaming, Data Lake architectures)
• Experience of Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting technologies (e.g. SSAS, PowerBI)
• Understanding of current data trends and technologies (e.g. Data Science, Machine Learning, AI)
• Strong overall knowledge of application capabilities, integration, data design, methodologies' and industry best practices
• Customer-centric approach – able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in in an international context, within virtual teams and can interact easily with international stakeholders
• Experience of working within an Agile delivery framework (e.g. Scrum, DSDM)
• Leadership skills; able to take a leading technical role in a data/analytics project
• Excellent English skills, both oral and writte

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, helping them to understand how they can leverage Big Data Technologies to solve their unique business problems
• Support the early life definition of projects e.g. shaping definition of scope and input into business cases e.g.
• Estimation and Impact Analysis
• Translate critical requirements into scalable data solutions, being responsible for designing multiple data architectures
• Guide the full Data Solution project lifecycle - including discovery, requirements analysis, information architecture design, implementation, testing and deployment
• Take part in Agile delivery team ceremonies, including planning, retrospectives etc.
• Work with data technology partners/vendors to ensure best fit solutions are delivered to our Clients

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience applying data visualization and business intelligence to the solution of real- world business problems
• Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI/ Tableau, and/or other data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of SQL - basic skills

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Economy with minimum 3 years experience as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar
• Hands on knowledge of Python/R scripting for data collection, mash up & data visualization
• Hands on knowledge of Python/R scripting for machine learning (generalized linear based methods, tree-based methods, dimensionality reduction, clustering, gradient boosting) & a working knowledge of such algorithms

Key Responsibilities

• Works with a team of developers to deliver ML PoCs using Python/R frameworks or packages for clients across the insurance & banking industry
• Creates a meaningful story of what you have accomplished using data visualization dashboards & works with the Business Development department in order to understand how to frame those insights for the customers
• Oversees development process of such PoCs /projects & act as a technical lead as part of these teams (provide core review, set in standards)

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a collaborative, distributed and remote environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and support for operations of high volume, mission critical systems – monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of system issues; proactively identifying possible issues / bottlenecks and put measures accordingly in place to ensure system availability and to optimize performance
• Help design REST Interfaces and JEE components to enhance middleware systems, performing design and implementation reviews to not only meet project milestones but to ensure the quality of delivery
• Perform coding and support tasks per the Sprint plan
